Creating Positive Change.
Entirety coaching exists so that women can enjoy all aspects of an enriched and fulfilling life; the professional and the personal. It builds inclusive workplaces where women and men thrive collectively.
Founded by Susan Young, Entirety coaching is built on the belief that understanding, respecting and valuing difference is the best way to achieve gender balance.
MEN AND WOMEN EXPERIENCE THE WORLD DIFFERENTLY. THEY DISPLAY THEIR LEADERSHIP TRAITS DIFFERENTLY. ENTIRETY COACHING RESPECTS AND VALUES THESE DIFFERENCES.

Coaching.
There are distinct individual, organisational and societal constraints which make female leadership more challenging.
Work-life integration and life-stages disproportionately impact the careers and lives of women. With Entirety coaching women have a coach uniquely experienced in understanding the leadership traits and needs of women at every stage in their professional life.
Entirety coaching exists to support women to achieve their professional goals as part of an enriched and fulfilling life.
"Susan Young is a coach with an uncommon insight and perspective on what it takes to thrive as a woman within a corporate space.”
