About Susan.
Susan lives in Edinburgh where she studied at university, and then went on to become a chartered accountant with KPMG. She has spent 25 years in business, forging a path which integrates her professional and personal life.
A mother of two grown-up daughters, she has navigated key career and life stages and now enjoys a portfolio career with executive coaching at its heart. Susan is a business leader, executive coach and non-executive director.
Susan is an expert in female leadership development, and an alumna of Oxford University’s Women Transforming Leadership programme.
With an Executive and Non-Executive portfolio career, holding Chair and board roles in the sport, third and public sector, Susan is a Chartered Accountant and Executive Coach working across FTSE 100, Owner-managed business, Membership and Charity organisations. Susan holds the triple-accredited professional certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
With a deep understanding of corporate structure and the cumulative challenges women face, Entirety coaching brings together everything Susan has learned and experienced in her career and life so far.
She is passionate about partnering with progressive leaders who want to create positive change for women and the organisations they work for.
